Call upon the Sea Ponies when you’re in distress
Helpful as can be ponies - simply signal SOS
If you find you’re past the drift and haven’t got an oar (oar)
Count upon the Sea Ponies - they’ll see you to shore
Shoop-bee-doo-shoop-shoop-bee-doo

Are you sinking fast?
Had some nasty shocks?
Feeling like all hope is gone and washed up on the rocks?
Washed up on the rocks

Call upon the Sea Ponies when you’re in distress
Helpful as can be ponies - simply signal SOS
If your rudder runs aground or seeweed holds a grip (kelp)
Count upon the Sea Ponies - they’ll see you get help
Sea Ponies, Sea Ponies
Simply signal SOS, simply signal SOS
Sea Ponies, Sea Ponies
Simply signal SOS, simply signal SOS
Oh, yes!

Started as a doodle, but I liked it enough to color. Turned out great.
Luna is my favorite non-mane cast pony.
I honestly like her first design more. So cute and childish.

Her first design does have a few merits…

:P

(1/4/2012) As a transgender woman, it causes issues when I refer to myself as a “brony”. I would really love a more inclusive term.

In my head, “brony” is gender-neutral.

As another transgender woman with the same issue… it doesn’t really matter what it is in your head. What matters is that it causes us distress, because we can’t see it as anything other than a gendered term uncomfortably dissonant with our self-identification.^ Well, I can’t really do anything about that. Feel free to make another term that you can use to refer to yourself, I’m still going to use “brony” when I refer to fans of the show, unless I’m talking to you specifically.

All right then. So long as you don’t act indignant that we’re uncomfortable with the term — a response I’ve seen more than once — I don’t really care how you choose to deal with the issue.

I don’t want to see the end of this movie…

Isn’t this basically Lenore, only with Derpy instead of a long-dead ten-year-old girl?

I like the My Little Pony, but it’s so much easier to relate to the hatedom.

I’m… a little concerned that you find “WAGH! Even though I’ve never actually watched this, I’m sure it’s terrible because it’s girly and I’m insecure in my masculinity!” easy to relate to. Or, alternately, “WAGH! It’s popular but I don’t like it, so obviously everyone who does is brainwashed and mindless or only pretending to like it to spite me!”
