… I’ve never understood the idea that cutie marks are super-evil and lock ponies into doing one thing for the rest of their lives. I mean, Twilight Sparkle is good with and studies magic, but her actual job is researcher and librarian. Pinkie Pie seems to be a pastry chef and does party planning more as a hobby. Rainbow Dash has a talent for speed, but her actual job is weather pony.
